Shivam is an advocate working independently and is associated with Shrivastava & Kesarwani Law Associates as an independent counsel. He has completed B.A.LLB (Hons.) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab in year 2015 and he is first generation lawyer. During his academic years Shivam has done his internships in Human Rights Commission and also in the chambers of Hon’ble Justice Shri Alok Aradhe & Hon’ble Justice Shri Vijay Kumar Shukla (The then Advocate).

 

After coming to profession Shivam joined the office of designated Senior Advocate Shri Kailash Chandra Ghildiyal and has extensively worked in the field of Service law, Writ Petition and Criminal Law. Presently Shivam is also empaneled as panel lawyer since 2019 in the office of Advocate General, State of M.P. and earlier appeared on behalf of State also. Shivam presently also represents University Grants Commission, New Delhi before the High Court of M.P., Principal seat at Jabalpur. Shivam has appearance before High Court and various Tribunals like Central
Administrative Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Armed Forces Tribunal.
